Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using BlueDune, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.

The service

BlueDune is a subscription tracking and management tool. It lets you manually log your subscriptions, monitor recurring costs, and receive renewal reminders. BlueDune does not connect to your bank or any financial institution — all data is entered by you.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password, and notify us immediately at support@bluedune.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old to use BlueDune.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use BlueDune for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or other users' access to it
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from BlueDune
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

BlueDune offers a free plan and paid Pro plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose. All prices are listed in US dollars.

You may cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again, and you'll retain access to Pro features until the period ends. We do not offer refunds for unused time on a billing period.

We may change pricing at any time. If we do, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any change affects your account, and you'll have the option to cancel.

Your data

You own the subscription data you enter into BlueDune. We don't claim any rights to it. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Intellectual property

BlueDune and everything that makes it up — the name, logo, design, code, and content — are owned by BlueDune. These terms don't transfer any of that to you. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of BlueDune without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

BlueDune is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or perfectly accurate. Renewal reminders are provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as your sole financial alert system.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueDune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of BlueDune after changes go into effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BlueDune will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of applicable courts.
